With Nomad 3D, Repente takes the concept of technical padding to the next level, introducing a 3D-printed saddle with a continuous surface—merging the performance of additive manufacturing with the look and functionality of a covered saddle.

Millimetre-precise density mapping for optimized comfort

Nomad 3D is engineered to eliminate discomfort and pressure points, even after long hours in the saddle. The padding density is calibrated with precision according to how each anatomical area makes contact: firmer under the ischial bones for stability and comfort, softer where it meets soft tissue to improve load distribution.

Three zones, three alveolar structures

Three areas with differentiated 3D structures work together to provide the right kind of support exactly where it’s needed. The central anatomical channel, combined with the lighter 3D mesh, minimizes perineal pressure, preventing numbness and improving blood flow.

High-performance materials: TPU and carbon

The padding is made from TPU, a high-performing material offering elasticity, active rebound, and long-lasting shape retention. The saddle adapts to your body, absorbs strain, and supports without giving in.

Its progressive compression curve responds to body pressure without collapsing, maintaining support even in aero position or under heavy loads. The result? Less fatigue, more efficiency.

Rails and shell are made of unidirectional carbon fiber. The finish on the underside of the shell gives the saddle a high-end aesthetic.

The unidirectional carbon rails and shell are independent and can be replaced separately. Easy maintenance and greater sustainability: if something gets damaged, you replace less and waste less.

Ergonomic design refined in every detail

The Close Fit shape reduces ischial pressure while keeping the rear higher than the central section. The Ergo Shape design prevents inner-thigh rubbing, ergonomically contouring the saddle’s lateral profile.
